Amy Funk has over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience.  She excels in integrating high-end strategy with sustainable practices across different sectors, from performing arts to healthcare. Amy has worked with many arts organizations, including Cafeteria Kids Theater, Hyde Park School of Dance, FACETS, Porchlight Music Theatre, and Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. Her journey began at Sarasota Opera, leading the public phase of a capital campaign, and she later made significant contributions to organizations like Florida Grand Opera and Have Dreams. 

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Millikin University and earned a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, with distinction, from DePaul University in June 2012. Her passion for mentoring development professionals is evident in her active involvement with the Peer Mentoring Committee of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Chicago Chapter and DePaul University’s Alumni Engagement Committee, School of Public Service. Additionally, she led the Annual Fellows Program of the Development Leadership Consortium, introducing new development professionals to Chicago's philanthropic community. In 2022, Amy further solidified her commitment by joining the AFP Chicago Board of Directors.

Peter’s experience spans almost twenty years of work with not-for-profits. With background in annual fundraising, operations, team leadership, and campaign and major gifts strategy, he has been associated with over $100 million in contributed revenue. Passionate about designing the right plan that leverages each organization's particular strengths and capacity, he supports clients in translating mission and vision into fundraising success.​

He has worked in both the United States and Canada, with a particular focus on cultural and educational institutions. The former Chief Development Officer of the Cleveland Institute of Music and Toronto Symphony Orchestra, he has also worked with organizations such as the Canadian Opera Company, Sarasota Opera, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and Vancouver Art Gallery. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in cultural management from the University of Waterloo and has served as a board director of the American Friends of TIFF Foundation.
